With our many years of experience, Castleline Limited is one of the west London’s leading providers of temporary accommodation and services, that assist Local Authorities to meet their requirements towards those in housing need.

We maintain good working relationships with our loyal landlords and have a well experienced property team in place. We manage a largest property portfolios across west London and beyond and supply accommodation services to a variety of partners including housing associations

Our aim is to expand our services to other Local Authorities and companies that have specific housing needs and to set up new schemes and initiatives that help Local Authority and providers that we work with.

We work towards driving standards up of accommodation in the private sector used for the provision of those in housing need.

Working hand in hand together with landlords and Authorities that require our services, to get stock ready to the standard required, our own dedicated in house teams ensure this is done a timely, affordable manner and are able to offer various levels of assistance to fully refurbish or do simple smaller works to get the stock ready for rent.

We work with on many different schemes, allowing us to be in a position to offer landlords the best achievable guaranteed rents and management/ maintenance services.
